Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting an email inbox, or using the Velaur Outbounder platform, Chrome Extension, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") provided by Velaur Labs ("Velaur", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

Velaur Outbounder is engineered specifically for lawful, professional B2B prospecting and cold outreach. Users agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable global laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
  • Honor prospect opt-out requests immediately (which are also enforced automatically via our opt-out and IMAP reply detection engines).
  • Connect only email accounts and sending domains that they legitimately own or are authorized to manage.
  • Refrain from dispatching phishing, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or malicious content.

3. Credit Entitlements & Fair Usage

Lead discovery credits operate on a canonical contact model: 1 lead unlock credit reveals all eligible, verified contact channels (work email, personal email, direct phone) for that individual. Unlocked records remain permanently accessible in your workspace's CRM. Plan allowances and quotas reset monthly according to your subscription tier.

4. Subscription Terms & Introductory Offer

The 45-day introductory offer provides 14 days of deliverability readiness warmup followed by 31 days of active outreach. Following the trial period, workspaces may upgrade to a paid tier (Starter, Pro, Agency) or retain limited read-only access to previously exported records. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All software, visual identities, logos, code, algorithms, and documentation of Velaur Outbounder are the proprietary intellectual property of Velaur Labs. Users retain complete intellectual property rights to their outbound sequence copy, prospect lists, and campaign assets.
